How We Design Your Vacation
We are thrilled that you are considering using our travel planning services for your upcoming trip. The steps to begin the process of working with us are as follows:
Step 1: To learn more about your future vacation plans, travel style, and what you're dreaming of experiencing, schedule a complimentary consultation call.
- Your initial consultation is complimentary.
- Following our conversation, if you decide to proceed, pay the Non-Refundable Research & Planning Fee per couple/household or group.
Step 2: After you've paid the Research & Planning fee, we'll get to work researching possible travel experiences for you. You will be provided with a proposal that includes resort alternatives and activities that were included in your request. We will fine-tune your vacation after receiving your final approval.
Step 3: Now comes the fun part! You can sit back and relax while we handle all of the details of booking your flights, resort, transportation, and activities. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation as well as information about your itinerary.
Step 4: You're on your way to your destination, and you can rest easy knowing that you'll have support along your journey. If you have any questions or concerns while traveling, you can contact us by phone or email for assistance.
Our Research & Planning Fee
With us, you can plan your next celebration vacation with complete confidence!
Our Research & Planning Fee ensures that you will receive an exceptional level of pre-departure and in-destination assistance during your vacation. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, and it is valid for only 30 days. It is not included in the total cost of your vacation.

- Research & Planning Fee: $250 (per couple/household) - Our fee allows us to research, plan, and book every component of your vacation from the list below, all while staying in alignment with your unique travel style.
- Group Trip Planning Fee: Before bringing together a group of your closest friends, family, followers, or customers, we will collaborate with the group organizer to build the appropriate itinerary for your group's enjoyment. Each traveling household will then work with us individually to match their travel plans with the group plan while also fulfilling their own personal travel requirements. *Please note that this is a planning service only, not a booking service.
- $350 - Small Groups | up to 9 rooms
- $500 - Large Groups | 10+ rooms
